• not use it to research or monitor anyone in a way that breaks the law or another person's rights.

You keep ownership of the data you bring into 36nine SEO, including data from your connected Google accounts. You give 36nine a limited license to host, process and display it only to run the service for you, as described in our Privacy Policy. You can disconnect a Google account or delete your account at any time.

36nine SEO: AI and search data are guidance

36nine SEO shows search data from third-party sources and answers from AI models. They are informational guidance, can be incomplete or wrong, and should be checked before you rely on them. We do not promise any ranking, traffic, or business result from using the service or following its suggestions.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, 36nine will not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss, or any loss of profit, data or business, arising from your use of, or inability to use, the services. Our total liability for any claim relating to 36nine SEO is limited to the fees you paid for it in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms excludes any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Indemnity

You agree to compensate 36nine for claims, losses and costs arising from your breach of these terms, including connecting websites or Google properties you were not authorized to access.

Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information on this website and in 36nine SEO, including Google user data, and forms part of these terms.

Changes to these terms

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Emirate of Dubai and the federal laws of the United Arab Emirates, and any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai.
